Hogan Personality Assessments – Marcia is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan suite of assessments, including:
- Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (culture fit)
- Hogan Personality Inventory (leadership strengths)
- Hogan Development Survey (derailers under stress; leadership challenges)
- Hogan Emotional Intelligence Assessment (six aspects of EQ)
These assessments are especially useful for individual coaching.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) – Scoring and interpretation for individuals and teams—to foster self-awareness and effective teamwork. Also used for career coaching and planning.
